Cape Town

Cape Town hasn’t been called the fairest Cape in the circumference of the earth, without good reason. It is indeed the Cape of Good Hope and the meeting place of two majestic oceans, the Indian and the vast Atlantic, making what could be the seaside and sea kayaking capital of the world.

Now you can explore both sides of the Cape Peninsula in safe, comfortable sit-on-top kayaks. It is the ideal craft for experienced paddlers wishing to paddle in False Bay with legendary Cape Point in the distance , as well as for those recreational paddlers who simply wish to cruise out on a calm bay and see Cape Town and its famous mountain from another perspective

Starting in O Grove on the Atlantic Coast it follows the Ria Arousa to Padron where paddlers join the pilgrims’ last day walk to Santiago de Compostela. The kayak’s are sponsored by PaddleYak.
